Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is incorrect or damaged.

To help us verify any damage that may have occurred during delivery, please share an unboxing or opening video at the time of raising a claim.

Procedure for Return or Exchange

Please share the unboxing video and your order details with us at themonologuestore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 88386 16325 within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will carefully review the video and verify your claim.

If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 7–10 business days and the product will be delivered within 5 days from initiation.
Refund Details

Refunds are issued only for verified cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment methodv within 7 days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
